Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Tracking Information:
Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has shipped.

Felony Hair is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping information entered by the customer.

Incorrect Addresses:
If an incorrect shipping address is entered, Felony Hair is not responsible for lost packages.

Local Pickup:
Local pickup may be available for customers in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.
