RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are FINAL.
Felony Hair does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on wigs, bundles, closures, frontals, lashes, or beauty products once they have been shipped or picked up.
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To report an issue, email us with your order number, photos of the product, and photos of the packaging.
Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in their original packaging to qualify for review.
Once your request is reviewed, Felony Hair may offer a replacement if the claim is approved.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
